At Marner we take the safety of our children very seriously, both in the real world and online. As part of our ongoing computing curriculum, Teach Computing, online safety is emphasised in every unit of learning. We support Safer Internet Day through a week of internet safety teaching and discussion. All children, staff, volunteers and governors sign an acceptable usage agreement, guiding them on the safe use of devices and Sam Sharpe is the named Online Safety safeguarding deputy.​

We offer online safety workshops to our families and signpost to websites that can support families to keep their children safe at home.​
